Man, I am having a tough time working on my comic. I don't know how people manage a full time job and do comics. I think part of my problem is my crummy workspace. It's just so uncomfortable. My current set up is so frankensteined that some space is totally wasted and empty while other space is overcrowded. It's uneven, unsturdy, and unkempt. Clevergretchen and I are moving into a new rent house soon and I have a chance to remedy the situation. I'm thinking of a small but deep corner desk to accomodate my monitor/keyboard/wacom paired up with a drafting table. Also, my drafting table is an old crappy one that I cut a big hole in and put a piece of plexiglass over to use as a light table. It's a crappy rig, so I need to figure out a better drafting table/light table combo... or should I have 2 seperate drawing tables (one plain drafting, one light table)?|
Hopefully I can figure something out that won't cost an arm and a leg. Suggestions are welcome.
